Prevention and Immunity (P&I) is a Saudi company dedicated to advancing plant and animal health through targeted biosecurity efforts. While our current priority is tackling the Red Palm Weevil — one of the region’s most urgent agricultural threats — our scope extends to broader work in pest control, disease prevention, and sustainable food system resilience.

A senior academic and thought leader in consulting and transformation. Dr. Saad leads the group with visionary direction rooted in institutional excellence

Mr. Mohammed Alshuwaish

Co-Founder, Board Member & CEO

An environmental advocate and founder of the Green Sudair Association. He brings national recognition in agricultural sustainability and executive leadership to the company.

Mr. Khalid Alashban

Co-Founder, Board Member & Technical Advisor

A pharmacist and co-founder of a pesticides company. He has led multiple consulting programs for agricultural and veterinary control in collaboration with Weqaa.

Mr. Abdulrahman Alobaid

Co-Founder, Board Member & Deputy CEO

A consultant with hands-on experience in pest management projects with Weqaa and the Agricultural Development Fund. He supports executive operations and client engagement.

Dr. Idriss Ohlale

Organizational Consultant

A change management expert with global consulting experience in 19 countries. He is a published author and strategic advisor in institutional transformation and performance.

Dr. Ghulam Rasool Khawaja

Plant Protection Specialist

Holds a PhD in Entomology with extensive experience in pest surveillance, biological control, and agricultural biosecurity across the Gulf region.

Ms. Huda Alkhalaf

Biological Consultant

A botanist and microbiologist with additional leadership experience in education and HR. She brings scientific expertise combined with strong communication and coordination skills.

Mr. Mohamed Suliman

Senior Project Coordinator

An agricultural engineer with field expertise in pest control, data analysis, and project coordination. He has led large-scale initiatives in collaboration with national agricultural institutions.
